Every year on December 2nd, the United Arab Emirates celebrates its National Day, and in 2021 it marked the Golden Jubilee of fifty years of unity. On December 2, 1971, the rulers of the Emirates signed an agreement to unify them and establish the United Arab Emirates, thus transforming the separate emirates into one united and prosperous nation.
