According to the 2024–2025 Economic Survey, women are still underrepresented in the digital and green sectors, and 50% of Pakistani emigrants lack formal education, which restricts their earning potential. Pakistan, which has 241 million people and a large youth population, has opportunities but runs the risk of underusing its labor force if reforms are not implemented.
