Brunei built Southeast Asia’s longest bridge

Spanning an impressive 26 kilometers (16 miles), the Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien (SOAS) Bridge is the longest bridge in Southeast Asia. It connects the more remote eastern parts of the country to its urban capital, also allowing access to more remote areas with unique and diverse forests.
